The forced circulation evaporator circulates with an external force, using a pump to force the solution through the heating tube at a speed of 2-5m/s in one direction. All the other evaporators are natural circulation movement of the solution due to the density difference between the heating chamber and the solution in the circulation tube, so they are all natural circulation evaporators. Their common shortcoming is that the circulation speed of solution is low and the heat transfer effect is not good. Forced circulation evaporator can be used to treat the solution with high viscosity, easy scaling and crystallization.
The raw material will be heated in the heating chamber, material evaporated and gas-liquid separated will be proceed in the separation chamber as the raw material flowing circularly with a high speed in the heating chamber and separation chamber through the circulating pump.
The high flowing speed of the material in the heat exchange tube can improve the heat transfer efficiency the evaporation will be porceed in the separator machine not the heater. So,the scaling phenomenon caused by crystallization and precipitation in the tube will be droped to the lowest limit.

1.Boiling/evaporation will be proceed in the separator machine not in the heater, which can reduce the scaling phenomenon and extend the life of the evaporation system.
2.The circulating pump is equiped reasonably, ensure the circulation volume of the material in the system and the flowing speed of the material in the tube, restrain scaling in the tube.
1.Suitable for the material which is easy to be scaled or the material with a high viscosity, also can be used as the high enrichment facility.
2.Suitable for evaporation and crystallization of the salt solution.
