The decanter centrifuge machine is continuous feeding, continuous discharging. Under the action of centrifuge force, solid particles are continuously pushed to the small end of the drum by helix, and the clarified liquid is continuously discharged from the large end overflow port along the spiral groove.
Wide scope of application: For suspensions with solid mass content≤50%, liquid-solid volume concentration≤75%, liquid-solid weight difference≥0.05g/cm³, the equivalent diameter of solid particles≥5μm can generally be separated, dehydrated, clarified and classified. When the difference between solid phase and liquid phase is large, the equivalent diameter o solid particles(≥2μm) can also be separated.

1.By using the principle that the light, heavy liquid and solid phases with different densities and indissolubility in the mixed liquid can obtain different settlement velocity in centrifugal force field or gravitational field, the separation and layering or the settlement of solid particles in the liquid can be achieved.
2.In the gravity field and centrifugal force field, the mixed liquid has light, heavy liquid and solid phases with different densities and dissolubility, and different settlement velocities are obtained, thus separating and stratifying. It is called gravity separation in the gravity field and centrifugal separation in the centrifugal field.
3.By adding disc plate, enlarge effective sedimentation area significantly and better solid liquid separation results so as to realize clearer liquid phase.
