Multiple-effect evaporation is a widely-used system, which utilizes the heat from secondary steam multiply. It is a traditional and reliable evaporation technology. Combined with different kinds of gas-liquid separator, crystallizer, it can realize the concentration and crystallization of different materials, and meet different processing demands.
Through circulating pump, the raw material liquid circulates in the heating chamber and the separation chamber at high speed, heats up in the heating chamber, and flashes in the separation chamber to realize efficient separation of gas and liquid.
The liquid flow rate is higher in the heat exchange tube, which effectively improves the heat transfer efficiency. The evaporation process is not carried out in the heater, but in the separator. Therefore, the phenomenon of scaling caused by crystallization and precipitation in the column tube is reduced to a minimum.
◎ Suitable for scaling, high viscosity materials, can be used as multi-effect evaporation of high-efficiency concentration device;
◎ Suitable for salt solution crystallization evaporation.
◎ Boiling/evaporation process is not carried out in the heater, but in the separator, so that the material scaling phenomenon to a minimum, effectively extend the life of the evaporation system;
◎ Reasonable configuration of circulating pump, scientific guarantee the circulation of liquid in the system and the flow speed of liquid in the heat exchange tube, effectively inhibit the fouling in the tube.
