TVR(Thermal vapor recompression) evaporation, based on heat pump theory, some part of the 2nd stage steam come out from the sepreater lead by the high pressure working steam, goes into the jet pump to mix and raise the temperature and pressure, goes into the heating room to heat the steam, and to heat the material.
The energy consumption can be saved by using TVR (thermal steam recompression technology). The high-speed steam flows through the steam jet pump, and part of the secondary steam generated in the ejector separator is mixed and then enters the heating chamber as a heat source to heat the material liquid.
◎ Jet pump has no moving parts, not easy to wear, to ensure the maximum reliability of operation;
◎ The steam consumption saved by using a jet pump is equivalent to an additional evaporator;
◎ Evaporation process with jet pump, can effectively reduce the final effect of evaporation, save the system cooling water consumption.
